Classes are £9 which can be paid by bank transfer or by cash or contactless in person.
Prior to the class
Once you have booked your place, you will receive a health questionnaire which must be completed prior to attending your first class.
Yoga is best practiced on an empty stomach, so please avoid having a large meal before the class, a light snack before-hand is fine.
